If you have backups of the jellyfin directory in ProgramData, might as well uninstall Jellyfin completely. Clear out both ProgramFiles and ProgramData of Jellyfin folders. Install .12, copy the backup to ProgramData.

erver directory which includes \data and I'll run the uninstaller and try again and update you after (thank you for your time and help up to this point I am appreciate it)
