ThinkCentre Tiny M900 - OK for 4K?

A lot of 4K content is going to be HDR.  And Skylake doesn't support 10 bit color.  We recommend Coffeelake (8000 series) as a minimum both because of important codec support and better performance.

i was under the impression jellyfin didn't support -> HDR transcoding, is that not the case?
