Nothing relevant in logs..
Library is "Mixed Movies and Shows" and its only using Embedded Image Extractor.

Found this https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin/issues/8440 and can confirm that downgrading to 10.8.10 "fixes" the issue (embedded thumbnails are shown)
