If you're talking about iGPU support in the Linux kernel, you CAN go with 22.04.3 server or desktop. 22.04.3 Desktop, by default, uses kernel 6.2 and during the initial setup of a server install you are given the option to use either 5.15 or 6.2 (HWE). Kernel 6.2 is the minimum for Intel's latest iGPUs and Arc dGPUs.

But you could use 23.10, but I don't feel like upgrading every ~9 months when a non-LTS's support ends.
