Roku app - no fast forward or rewind for songs

When I play a song on the Roku app, the fast forward and rewind buttons on the remote don't do anything (the song continues playing). The same is true when I pause the song - fast forward and rewind don't change the position.

There's no fast-forward or rewind buttons on-screen, so I can't anything using the arrow/select buttons on my remote either.

Is this intended behaviour (and hence I should file a feature request) or a bug (and hence i should file a bug report on github)?

I'm not sure that this is the intended behavior, but I confirmed that this is the current behavior.

This feature was recently added. But hasn't been released yet:

Am I right in thinking that using the Roku's remote buttons for fast forward/rewind isn't currently a planned feature? (And therefore I should submit a feature request)
