I've recently added an HHD (/dev/sda) to my Ubuntu system. My Jellyfin media is associated with my mnt/ directory on my main SSD. I'm wondering how I could utilize that new storage without making any major changes to the configuration already in place.
P.S. I'm noobish on linux so be gentle haha

First stop jellyfin, mount your HDD somewhere, copy the data off the SSD to the HDD, change the mount point for the SSD to somewhere else, change the mount point of the HDD to where the SSD was, ensure the permissions didn't change, start jellyfin.

I see what your saying. Good idea.

But I'm wondering if there is a way to use both hard drives at the same time

At the same mount point? No. You could put the hard drive in a sub-directory of the current directory. And Linux will know how to handle that. But now you need to remember that.
