Alphabet Picker on Right Side

Hey Guys,

I had this working on my old instance, but when I upgraded to the latest version it totally hosed my config so I had to rebuild my whole server.  BUT for the life of me, I CANNOT find the option to enable the alphabet picker always visible on the right side of the screen like i had it before and I cannot find where I saw the configuration to do it

Any assistance would be amazing!

Oh Also, I left this out but this is specifically for the android tv app

I have never seen that in the Android TV app. Only in our web based clients.

Double checked and I couldn't find anything.

I definitely had it, i just dont remember if it was a theme, or a setting I did... it was so long ago.. never should have updated
