I am running Jellyfin on a QNAP TS-1655 using pdulvp's Github downloadable. I have a Sony STN-AN1000 with 7 Klipsch speakers and 1 subwoofer. I am running a wired 1G Network to a 2018 Mac mini and HDMI to the AVR. I am struggling to get Back Surrounds playing through the Mini through the web ui. I have used the Midi setup app on the Mac and it plays through all 8 speakers, also the Sony setup is proper and the testing proved successful, however Jellyfin doesn't play the Surrounds. I have checked the movies I have on the Jellyfin and they have separate Back Surrounds shown in DaVinci Resolve. I am currently playing a 7.1 movie on a Play Station 4 and it is working. I would appreciate any insight.
