    I can’t seem to get thru client server to connect. I have the box check for allowing remote connections on dashboard, changed the port forwarding to the 8096 made private turned off firewall rebooted router & server but still won’t connect when not connect to local network is there something else I need to do

    You can't use the same IP internally and externally. You have to figure out your external IP (the one your modem/router receives) and use that. It is likely to change since most companies charge for a static IP.
