Has anyone been able to get the ARC A380 set up on windows server 2019? I can't move to linux as much as I want to due to some existing services that are only windows compatible for school.  Every time I try to run the driver package I get an error that there is no possible drivers to be installed on this device. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated, I would like to make use of a friend's Christmas gift to me. Apologies if there is more you need, I am still learning about home labs and equipment.

You might want to look in to a proper Hypervisor, for example Proxmox Virtual Environment.
You can then passthrough the GPU to an LXContainer or VM for Jellyfin, and run your windows stuff in seperate VM.

With that you get the benefit of using a flexible and expandable system, and still be able to use the Windows only tools.

According to Intel's driver documentation, Intel graphics cards only officially support Windows 10 and 11.
As for Windows Server, you may need to manually install the driver through the INF file instead of using the EXE installation package.
