Just wanted to bring this to attention as a potential bug in 10.10.3 on Windows. After updating from 10.10.2 to .3 today, I was doing the usual purge of superseded plugins. After restarting the server however, it would load a blank page. It worked fine on clients but any using the desktop sites - blank. This was resolved re-installing the .3 update.
actually, I think I know what it was. I had edited the index.html to add a couple custom links to the sidebar (see: jellyfinmods). Those are now gone so I assume it was due to that.
