10.11.0 broke handling of some folders

I use a setup with mixed libraries separated mostly into languages because I can't very well set up a new library for every single franchise that contains both shows and movies.

   

So, whenever there's franchises I just set up folders that then contains the actual entries within.
This usually works, but something in the new 10.11.0 update seems to have broken some of them (one of the still working one is at the bottom of the is post). and these now appear as Jellyfin trying to handle all contents as the same show within that franchise, leading to chaotic and obviously incorrect results.

And yes, I know that Jellyfin works mainly off the TMDB ID, but I often include the IMDB one too out of habit, since I've had  it run into problems in the past with these mixed libraries, since TMDB uses separate ID lists for movies and shows, so the numeric ID has sometimes been mistaken for the other type in the past.
