Chapter Segments Provider not work

hi, i have a jellyfin in docker on unraid. everything works transcoding, scan, trick etc but today i was trying to make segments to skip intro and final credits. i install the Chapter Segments Provider plugin, reboot and going to scan segments it always tells me finished in 0 seconds but it doesn't work. suggestions?
