Can’t connect the server on my phone or tv. Already set to private network. Windows 11. Thanks for the help.

Click Start > Type "Resource Monitor" > Click on the Network tab > Expand the Listening Ports table > Find jellyfin.exe on port 8096. What is the firewall status column for that?
