Can a 5700U handle a 4K transcode?

I mainly use Jellyfin for organization on a J5005 machine. I play my content with Infuse on ATVs on my local wired network. I have never had the need to transcode anything.

 Thinking of getting 5700u mini PC as my HA, Homebridge, 24/7 box. If I ever need to transcode one 4K stream, would it be able to handle it?

Transcoding? Sure. The problem is that a lot of 4K content is also HDR. And tone mapping on AMD is a bit wonky right now. Should be much better when 10.9 is released.
