    Hello. While attempting to launch some (or all, seems random) media on my server from the web app, the player closes with "Playback Failed due to fatal player error." I'm running this on Ubuntu Server and have tried local network playback and outside my network.

    The same media seems to work fine on mobile (android specifically), roku (both an express box and a system built into the televison) or the desktop app.

    I've put the FFMPEG log here: https://pastebin.com/muvK6ixR

    Password for the paste is McRrCqRkCC

    It seems to be an "unkown error" of sorts, but I have no clue how to read these. I'm very new to jellyfin and working with servers in general. This is all brand new to me.

    Everything was working fine before. The only change to the system was I attempted (key word attempted, I'll be making a post to ask for help with that soon...) to use Caddy to route through https and a domain, but was unsuccessful. This should not be effecting this since I've disabled the caddy service and never had trouble accessing the server itself.

    Please let me know if I can provide more information. Basic system info below. Thank you.

    Jellyfin 10.10.0
    Ubuntu Server 21.04.1 LTS
    Intel i5-8500
    Installed using the repository (automatic) curl command on the jellyfin linux installation guide

    Code:
    Stream mapping:
    Stream #0:0 -> #0:0 (hevc (native) -> av1 (av1_qsv))
    Stream #0:1 -> #0:1 (aac (native) -> aac (libfdk_aac))
    Press [q] to stop, [?] for help
    [av1_qsv @ 0x638820f909c0] This version of runtime doesn't support AV1 encoding

    Your GPU doesn't support AV1. In Dashboard->Playback->Transcoding : Disable encoding and decoding in AV1 (these are two separate options).

    A very quick test seems to have made this work. Many thanks for the help!
