Playback Error

Been using Jellyfin for a while with no issues, but recently some movies and shows have started coming up with a playback error when I try to watch them. I think it's an issue with transcoding because I can see ffmpeg errors in the logs, but not 100% sure. A few times when I restarted jellyfin from docker it started working again, but then later stopped. There were other things I did between rebooting though, like turning off hardware acceleration, but then it stopped working again even when that setting was off.
