    Hello everyone!

I've an issue when I try to had a movies folder in my library.
    They are in /diskname/movies
    On my Nas.
Permissions are the same than other folders, I've a music and series folder which works on others disks, except than the series folder is getting bad metadata, they are all being put in one serie than I don't have.

I tried to put a movie in an other folder and it's works.
I tried to add another folder where are some video on the same disk, it's work too but missing some file, maybe because of the french "é"

    Thanks in advance

Did you use the Shows library type? Accidentally picked something else?

Just for clarification, you are only having trouble with your series folder, correct?

And I'm not sure what you are indicating in your reply.  Was your series folder a Movie type library?  And now you re-created it as a Shows library?

No it's with my movies library. I can't find any movie, but if I move a movie on another disk I can find this movie. Also other video on the Movies disk can be find, in other folders

Series or shows has some strange issue for metadata, they are all in Pokemon serie, and I don't have any Pokemon serie.

This sounds like a permissions issue.

What are the file and folder names for your shows?

What are the file and folder names for your shows?

    Permissions are -rwxr-xr-x
    Folder is /mnt/Data/Movies
File are for example Your name.avi or mkv

You have to make sure that jellyfin has access to /mnt/Data and not just Movies.

Can you give me the full path for one of the series not identified correctly. The full path, not just the file name. Folder names matter, too.

/mnt/Data has same permissions than all others dwrxr-xr-x
I copied movies files in an other folder in same disk but it can't find any movie. I try to add another folder with a one man show in the same disk and it can find.. I can't understand what's going on

Series are now correct, not perfect but I told to jellyfin to check metadata in files instead of database on network
