Hi, sorry for the delay. here are the logs as requested, I played the same title on 3 different device types that required transcoding due to subtitles being on.

Desktop Windows w/Brave browser - transcode worked fine, played fine
LG TV web browser - transcode worked fine, played fine
LG TV WebOS Jellyfin app - video played for 1 second, then froze. Audio continued to play fine

All three of them look the same and look fine. Are you sure the one you marked as not working is the right log? Its different from your previous ffmpeg logs that had the weird DAR resolution.

I have nearly the same setup (Intel n100 running Jellyfin in an LXC under Proxmox and an LG Oled running the app) and can confirm this. In LGs webbrowser everything is running fine. If I am using the LG WebOS App I have to disable Subtitles, then Playback will start and work normally. So I'll assume something regarding the WebOS App and generating Subtitles is wrong. (Subtitles via Browser are working)

Since this post, I have learned that there is a bug in the WebOS app. In the WebOS app you have to disable "prefer fMP4" until the bug is fixed.

IIRC, there is already a PR for the fix, but it hasn't been released yet.

Sorry for the delay in coming back to this, but I'm super pleased to see a bug was found causing this.

I unchecked the "prefer fMP4" as suggested and this resolved my issue. I'm so pleased to be able to use the native WebOS app again. Thank you for your help!
