Migrating Synology to Windows 11

Trying to figure out how to locate Synology Jellyfin files and then move them over to a Windows 11 based Jellyfin server

I am currently using the Synocommunity Jellyfin package in the Synology NAS package ecosystem.
I want to move my Jellyfin server to a NAS I just purchased so as to improve hardware transcoding. Where do I begin/what files do I move over?
The NUC comes with Windows 11 and apparently it should run the server just fine.
