Can't play a m3u link on android tv

I did set up m3u link on my Jellyfin amd it work find on my windows but there is a link that i can't stream on roku and Firetv.  The screen just goes black.  {IPTV link censored - TDP}
I did try several set up but never able to get it work.

What codecs does the stream use?

Can you replicate the problem then share your jellyfin log via privatebin.net? If there is a ffmpeg log generated, share that too.
