In "Collections" I have for example, National Treasure. You click the icon and it shows you the 2 movies. I've added the tv series Edge of History to it but now it shows 2 movies and 10 episodes.

Is there a way for it to show a single icon for Edge of History and when you click it, then it shows you all the episodes?  Essentially a folder but the folder icon appears and acts like like a movie icon.

    Thanks for any help.

Did you add each episode individually?  Or did you directly add the whole series?

And what server version are you running.  It appears to work the way you want with 10.10.3.

I'll upgrade and see what happens. Thanks for the response.

upgrading didnt seem to make a difference but here's my setup.

I have a directory for movies and then a separate directory for collections. In jf I have a library for Single Movies, a somewhat hidden library for the collections and then an actual Collections Library. (I did this so movies in collections don't show up when you're looking under single movies.) In the collections dir I have a folder for National Treasure. Under that, a folder for #1, #2 and for Edge of history. In Edge of History I have the episodes. Just putting them anywhere under the Collections directory makes them populate in the hidden collections library, then I add them to the Actual Collections library. In both libraries, they show up as individual files and can't seem to make them show up as a sub folder.

If you want to hid movies that are part of a collection, instead of what you're doing you could hide the movies library from the home screen.

Settings > Home > uncheck "Display in home screen sections such as 'Recently Added Media' and 'Continue Watching'" for the libraries you want to hide.

You would need to do this for every user, but this setting is stored server side and is applied to all clients they log in to.

So, is your collections directory set up in Jellyfin as a mixed library? I tried to follow your structure, and the setup below works. It allows the TV series to be added as a subfolder within the hidden collections library and when added to a collection.

Than you TheDreadPirate, I will do that.

theguymadmax, pretty close. I don't have a "Season 01" subdirectory. It's redundant since there's only 1 season and it's been cancelled. No, it was created as a movie library. At the time, I wasn't anticipating adding tv shows to it.

I managed to figure it out. I put Edge of History into a TV Shows directory instead of mixed in with movies and then added it to the National Treasure Collection.

Thank you all for your help. Your inputs aided in an answer!

    Cheers! Smiling-face
