    Hello,

Recently, I have been experiencing freezes randomly when watching media on my Jellyfin server. The playback suddenly stops for 1 to 5 minutes and resumes like nothing happened if I wait enough. While the freeze occurs, I cannot access anything on the server, as if the whole Jellyfin instance crashed. I am running my Jellyfin server in a Ubuntu container and I am usually direct playing my media on Jellyfin Media Player. I would say this issue has been going on for about a week or two, possibly not long after updating both my server and the media application.

Any kind of insight would be appreciated, thank you.

Can you share your full server log via pastebin?

I am getting a "potentially offensive or questionnable content" warning, when trying to create the pastebin. Do you have an alternative to that?

If it isn't too large, try https://sourceb.in/ or just directly attaching it to a forum post.

Sourcebin wouldn't work and the log file was too big to upload directly on the forum so I found another way.

Can you replicate the problem and then post the Jellyfin Media Player log? It overwrites the previous log every time you open JMP so you'll need to make sure you don't close JMP when you replicate the problem.

I will try tomorrow because it usually takes time to happen, every 20 minutes or so.

Alright I managed to spend an hour watching media and it hasn't frozen once, whereas it would normally happen 3 to 4 times for that time period. I don't know if it's because I updated my Jellyfin Server from V10.9.1 to V10.9.3 but no problem so far right now.
