Cannot figure out how to install on Samsung TV

Hello all,

I type this at absolute wits end because I cannot figure out what the hell am I doing wrong, maybe you all could help.

I am trying to install Jellyfin on my Samsung TV following this guide and got all the way to the end why I actually have to install Jellyfin onto the TV.

I fell that I have having the same issue as this reddit post I found. Every time I use the command

I receive the following output:

I have tried "Permit to install applications" action on Tizen Device Manager, but it is still spitting out that same output of failure. What the hell could I be doing wrong? Any and all help is appreciated. I am losing it trying to figure this out!

Edit: to add, yes developer mode is turned on on my TV. Yes, I have the connection switch on Device Manager set to ON.

Thank you for replying! I got everything set up and then during install I get this message


Also, tried another version of jellyfin and got this message on the first attempt, then followed by the above message when tried again

Alright, I have no idea what specifically I did, but its installed. I was on the apps screen of my TV (still there after checking if developer mode was on) and I just started scrolling down and looking at the apps screen (I was just browsing out of curiosity) and it appeared under the "Downloaded App" section.
