cant add any media on weindows server

Hi

I just installed jellyfin server on my windows server, but i am having issues adding libraries. I set everything as it should but media will not scan so i have empty server. I own plex and emby too that are running at the same time and they work fine. I click scan all liblaries, then it starts and finishes very fast without any errors but there is no media in my folders on server

How is your media organized? And can you share your full jellyfin log via privatebin.net?

Everything is organized nicely and it works on other servers. Im so new with this server so I would love little help by sharing logs. I click save on jellyfin but where do they go is the question

You can get to the logs by using the below command in the Run box(press Win + R to open it)
