FFmpeg exited with code 218

I am using the latest Jellyfin docker image (version: 10.10.3) on Ubuntu Noble (24.04.1). I am using Intel QSV with hardware transcoding enabled and everything was working fine for a couple of weeks. A couple of days before, I noticed that I am not able to play some h.264 files that I was able to play before. Noticing the logs I saw the FFmpeg exited with code 218 error. Here are the logs:

It looks like your GPU does not support av1 encoding. Please disable that

Intel Arc dGPUs and Intel Meteor/Arrow Lake CPUs are the only Intel devices that can encode AV1.
