cant start jellfin serve

I know i am a noob but i am in need of help. i down loaded the newest server and it does run or ask me for anything.
after min i get a window that pops up and says " cant start jellfin server processafter specified wait wait process.

so i am unable to do anything enter anything I need some help.  It is a windows 10 machine anyhelp is apprecoated.
