change SQLite

Hello everyone , i very crazy with SQLite , when scan larger library , it very easy error , and can not fix , i used vacuum and more way... , someone know change SQLite to PostgreSQL or whatever , i use PostgreSQL more time it really better than SQLite . Thank you

Jellyfin does not currently support external DBs. But it is on the road map. No ETA.
