I would like to change the path for my playlists from "K:\Media\Music\Playlists -- For Navidrome" to "K:\Media\Music\.Playlists"

How do I do this? I can't seem to find an option for it in the settings

    You currently can't.

You have to add the new path to a library, scan it, then recreate the playlist.

You can also try manually editing the playlist files located in the config folder.

When I move an m3u file to a different folder it just disappears from my library.

I also tried editing the folder name itself and then all playlists went away.

How do I "add the new path to a library" ?

Go to the settings of the library in the dashboard and link the new path.

There is no "playlists" in the library menu on the dashboard. Just Shows, Movies, and Music.

There's a path inside the "music" library. I linked the path for playlists there and that didn't work.

I assume I have to delete the music library altogether and recreate it with the new path I want for playlists, however I'm kinda scared it'll just break playlists entirely.

Is this what you're pointing at?

That's because playlists are not treated as a library. You add items to a playlist from libraries.

You just need to make the new content accesible to any library, then add the items from those libraries to a playlist.

I'm using it a little differently I think.
I use MusicBee as my main music provider and export my m3u files through a batch script to the folder Jellyfin uses.

I guess I should migrate to 100% Jellyfin at some point lol

Ok I found the system.xml file but there I don't see any references to playlists.

Which file do I need to change it? And what's its path?

    Using windows 10
