Change Title and name

I just installed jelly on Windows and I can't change the name of the tab or the app I have seen many tutorials but they are old and those files are no longer where they say, I have changed the title in the main js and nothing, I have opened the index and changed the title and nothing, it always says jellyfin, only when I refresh the page the name I want is seen but then it says jelly, so I don't know what is happening
