I'm a direct DL kind of guy, no p2p. This makes finding some movies in 1080p+ difficult so I downloaded a plugin called Video DownloadHelper for Firefox. This lets me download movies from hosters that don't normally allow downloads. The problem is that all of these files only show maybe half the frames in Jellyfin. VLC plays them just fine, but Jellyfin on every device I've tried (PC and Google TV) shows them as choppy. I can't tell if this is a transcoding issue or what. I'm using a 7th gen i7 with an Intel 620 and everything was fine until these HLS rips. They all appear to be MP4 or MP4a files.

I'm not sure what to do or what to look at here for these to play properly but if someone can help that'd be great. Also if I haven't provided enough info I can give that too. Thanks.
