should i check all the inbound rules as green on the windows defender firewall? the private rules are automatically checked green but the public are not. i had to check the public ones green to use jellyfin on my TV on the same network but does doing so put me at potential risk? ive been using tailscale VPN to connect to jellyfin from my other computer and phone to make it think we're essentially on the same network but i cant do that for my TV.

If your network interface is set to private you shouldn't need to change anything on the public network settings.
