Collections don't have thumbnails

Hi.

Jellyfin is installed on a virtual machine. The server itself is on proxmox. The operating system on the virtual machine is ubuntu 22.04

My collection does not have thumbnails.
I understand that the thumbnails are taken through TheMovieDb, but this plugin does not work.

Jellyfin version 10.10.3

Just noticed you're in Russia. TMDB is blocked in your country. Can't remember if TVDB is also blocked. You will likely need to switch to TVDB or use a VPN with an exit node outside of Russia.
