Collections missing after a reboot and source media not mounted

If my nfs share is not mounted when jellyfin starts, all of my collections end up empty.  If I simply stop jellyfin remount my share and start jellyfin the collections are still empty.  I have to reload my collections from backup or manually.  This is with the latest 2 releases of jellyfin.  Not sure if it impacted older versions as I have changed my home setup that introduced this nfs mount issue.

Dashboard->Scheduled Tasks: Under Maintenance, click on "Clean up collections and playlists". Then delete "On application startup", under task triggers.
