Collections not being created since updating to 10.11

Hi, after updating from 10.10.7 to 10.11.3 on Windows 11, I noticed that some movies are no longer being added to collections automatically, and in some cases the collections themselves are not being created at all.

I have not changed any settings since the update. I confirmed that "Automatically add to collection" is enabled, and the user has the required permissions.

Is anyone else seeing this, or are there any known issues with collections on 10.11?
