Hello,
I can't access my Jellyfin server from any other machine on my home network. It is only accessible via http://localhost:8096
Server is installed on a Windows 10 desktop. I'm trying to access it from a Windows 11 laptop. I can RDP to the desktop from my laptop. Both machines are on the same wi-fi AP.
I've also tried to access the server from an Android TV.
Server version = 10.10.3
Server IP = 192.168.50.245
Client IP = 192.168.50.252
I see no errors in the log
Attaching 2 screenshots:
- Jellyfin windows firewall rules -> TCP/UDP private rule is enabled
- Jellyfin from Networking tab of Resource monitor -> "not allowed/not restricted"
At this point I'm thinking that this is probably a firewall issue. However, not sure why Resource monitor lists "not allowed" even when firewall rules are correct.
Two other items to note:
1. When I uninstalled, C:\Program Files\Jellyfin\Server was not removed.
2. On a fresh install, the setup wizard does not ask me what I want to call the Jellyfin server anymore. It auto-sets it to my Device name.
