Replace metadata text with icons

Is it possible to replace the metadata of studios and genres in movie profiles with icons? 
Maybe with css?

So you would have studiologos instead of the written name of the studio and appropriate symbols for what‘s comedy or western etc. instead of boring text…

I'm leaning towards this not being possible. But if it were, I'd imagine it would be complicated to setup.

I don't know how hard it is (or perhaps it is easy), but you could make a custom font to show images instead of text when there are specific code (in you case, studio names). https://fontawesome.com/ is doing sort of what you want. Let me know if this helps and if you find a solution to your problem !

Thanks for the proposal, but what I meant was about replacing text with real logos in an image format like jpg or gif. The symbols would also be tiny but big enough to recognize them. In any case it would look visually better.

The Tiny Media Manager has such symbols - see first image top left.
