I just watched a bluray rip on a local network via Jellyfin on a UGreen NAS server. The image was great except for the dark scenes. The banding was the worst I've ever seen. Is this a transcoding issue? I have Intel Quicksync on as was suggested in a tutorial for the UGreen. Should tone mapping be activated?
