So I've assembled a list on PC Part Picker. I'm planning to use this system to upgrade my Jellyfin server from running on an old terrible laptop with no HWA support to one that can more than handle the family of people I plan to provide access to.
At the moment this build foregoes any inclusion of media storage drives as my library is currently on an external drive and I'll be upgrading to some drives actually rated for 24/7 use at a different time.
Despite how expensive everything is these days I think I've put together a rather complete build. It takes into account affordability, compatibility, and from what I can tell should be well into the territory of overkill for Jellyfin. At the moment everything there is also available on Amazon.
My system will also always be running a number of side services separate from Jellyfin including: Radarr, Sonarr, Bazarr, Lidarr, Prowlarr, Cleanuparr, Mozilla VPN, and qBittorrent. All of which will be on Windows 11 Pro.
I checked to ensure the motherboard supports resizable bar for the Arc A310 and unless I'm missing something everything should fit well within the case. The case does come preinstalled with a rear fan which is why I only include two fans (which will be the air intake on the front of the case).
Probably worth mentioning this will also be my first PC build, so I'm hoping to get some opinions before purchasing any of this on Monday when (fingers crossed) maybe something on this list has a discount for Cyber Monday.
Here is a link to the build but I'll also include a list of the parts below that:
