    When I open Jellyfin, either web or desktop app, I get a blue circle which continues to spin until I play a file. When trying to figure out why, I go to dashboard settings and to my plugins tab, I get the same blue circle spinning and none of the plugins are shown. I can see my list of repositories, but nothing shows for catalog either. 

    The only search result found was a reddit post from 4 years ago which suggested deleting the plugins folder, but it seems that folder no longer exists.

    I've updated my Windows 10 server to 10.8.12, restarted the server, restarted the computer, etc. Still no joy.

    Log was trimmed of repeating messages because it made the file too big to upload.

    It looks like one of your adult plugins is causing a bunch of problems. n0tflix. Remove it manually and try starting up.

    C:\ProgramData\Jellyfin\Server\plugins? Something like that.

    Thanks for the response. 

    I was able to remove the repository, but "My Plugins" is still blank and the blue circle spins.

    Hello,

    I know this is an old post, but I had the same issue and solved it by removing the plugins manually, then restarting the server.
