My friend has Android tv 0.15.012 installed on his android box. All my movies are programmed in the same bitrate which is 5000, 1080p H264, AAC audio. Was playing fine "Direct play" since a month until today. I now get this message "TranscodeReasons=ContainerBitrateExceedsLimit" Upside-down-face

    Why?

    Here's the FFMpeg log: https://sourceb.in/sJQAO3PyZQ

    And the Log: https://sourceb.in/j1eONWLd5W

    bitrate: 5690 kb/s

you must have the client configured to limit to 5? 5x1024=5120 and 5690 > 5120

the message is pretty self explanatory

There is a known issue in Android TV when the max bit rate is set to auto it sometimes incorrectly sets it really low. Manually set it to something higher than 5Mbps. Or just set it to the max 120Mbps.

I haven't change anything. Jellyfin is installed on a seedbox which I have no access to those settings. Is it from the client himself? Like his android box?

Yes. This is a client side setting you need to change. On the Android TV client.

that is going to be difficult if you are at neither the server or client
