Keeps Switching To IOS Media Player

I am currently having an issue on my iPhone where whenever I am watching a video and try to double tap to jump forward/backward, instead of it skipping, it instead switches to the native IOS video player. No matter there I double tap it, it still switches to the native player and I have to exit out of the native player to get back to the Jellyfin one. It’s just a bit annoying and I’m not seeing a way to fix it. (The “Use native media player” option is disabled in my IOS Jellyfin client’s settings)
