I tried enabling the DLNA plugin (Jellyfin.Server 10.10.7.0) and now the server will not start up.  Looking at the logs it looks like DLNA is failing and causing the service to shut down.  I would like to disable/remove the plugin, but I can't find where it is configured in the configuration files.  I can't use the webUI or client since the server doesn't start.

You can delete the plugins directly from the install location: https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/server/plugins/
