How to transcode automatically

Thanks,strange one as nothing is running in the background. it seems VLC seems to cope with it but the integrated player and the web player just doesn't like it.

Actually it's the web player that's having problems, it will drop frames or within a minute it will pause and freeze.

What I have noticed is that the web player will say it's direct streaming,but the internal player will say it's direct playing.
