Jellyfin remote connection

When I use jelllyfin 10.8.13 inside LAN I can see in Dashboard small picture of movie which is playing.
But when I use jellyfin via WAN (remote connection via port forwarding) no any small picture of movie.
this is right?

Can you provide a screenshot? I don't see how a user being remote would change that behavior in the dashboard.

strange but today it works fine - i can see the screen of movie during remote connection
so it is solved
