Hello fellow Jellyfin users I am having some trouble with dropped frames and stuttering. This problem only happens when I am playing a movie through firefox web-browser on Desktop computer (Dell i7-4790, 16GB RAM, RX6600 Graphics Card) . Surprisingly when streaming on my Iphone 13 using the firefox mobile app I don't have any issues very smooth stream no strange dead or blocky pixels. I do have hardware trans coding enabled as I have an HP-EliteDesk 800 G4 with an Intel i5-8500 (iGPU specs: Intel CoffeeLake-S GT2 [UHD Graphics 630] w/ 8GB of RAM.

I also have a secondary question. I have some media that that is video encoded as 4K HEVC SDR and audio is, AAC - 5.1 Default. All of my client side devices are unable to stream this codec. Is it possible to do a permanent re-encoding of this media?
Thank you for any advice or guidance.
