I have Jellyfin installed in Proxmox LXC (not in a docker), igpu is passed to lxc as instructed .
CPU is i5-1135G7 with 11th gen igpu and as far as i understand should be transcoding easlily a couple of streams.
Now my end devices typically use direct stream as they are capable but sometimes on mobile phones i have Jellyfin transcode , when this happens LXC CPU (2 cores assigned) spike around 30-40% and igpu to 100%
So my dillema is , is this normal shouldn't cpu/gpu be much lower if this gpu is to handle a couple of transcodes. Videos in question are always 1080p 265 10bit (HVECS)

Here's screenshot of CPU utilization - CPU

    and

    iGPU:

anything suspicios i expected CPU util to be much much lower.

Audio. The audio is likely being transcoded and that happens on the CPU.
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
    Intel i3 12100
    Intel Arc A380
    OS drive - SK Hynix P41 1TB
