    Duplicate TV Shows episodes after merging

    I've been using jellyfin native naming for merging movies, but for TV shows i've been using merge versions, I only keep multiple versions of TV shows for documentaries because my internet is not fast enough to serve 4k without compressing (AUS so its 1gb down 50mb up, stupid tbh). It has been working flawlessly until now, for Blue Planet II it has successfully merged every episode but ep 2,4,6,7 also have a duplicate episode and its a 50/50 whether the duplicate is the compressed or uncompressed version. I know merge versions is not officially supported, just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem before and knows a solution, i have tried refreshing/replacing the metadata and deleting the metadata and re-scanning as well a a whole library metadata refresh but to no avail.
