Hi, I've been using Jellyfin for a few weeks now, and it's been amazing so far. The only issue I'm dealing with that I couldn't find any fix is that part of my library is randomly emptied every day. A rescan does fix the issue, but I don't want to keep having to do a full rescan every day.

I'm using Jellyfin 10.10.7 (was using a Service install, but switched to a Basic one) on a PC running Windows 11 24H2. I've set up my libraries as following:

    Animes: F:\Videos\Animes and G:\Videos\Animes
    Movies: F:\Videos\Movies\Live Action Movies
    Animated Movies: G:\Videos\Animated Movies
    Anime Movies: G:\Videos\Anime Movies
    Series: F:\Videos\Series

I've seen someone describing a similar issue here: https://forum.jellyfin.org/t-library-disappears--11342
They were able to fix their issue by mounting their config and cache folders separately, so I've checked to see if my config and cache folders were somehow connected, but they aren't:
    Cache: C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\jellyfin\cache
    Config: C:\ProgramData\Jellyfin\Server\config
    Metadata: C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\jellyfin\metadata

After the most recent time this happened, I've checked to see if any cleaning was done via Scheduled Tasks, but every single one was run hours or even days before that.

Every library is set up to save the shows and movies metadata on their folders, real time monitoring is enabled, as well as the "prefer embedded(.....)" options.
Metadata savers are set to nfo, and automatically refresh metadata is off.
    My folder structure are:

    Animes/Series:
    ├── Title (year) [tvdb-id]
    │  ├── Specials
    │  │  ├── Title (year) - S00E01 - [Release Group (if anime)] - [tvdb-id].mkv
    │  ├── Season 01
    │  │  ├── Title (year) - S01E01 - [Release Group (if anime)] - [tvdb-id].mkv

    Movies:
    ├── Title (year) [tmdb-id]
    │  ├── Title (year) - [tmdb-id].mp4

I'll try to find the log file of the most recent time this happened, and if I'm unable to, I'll get the log file when this happens again.

So I'm at a loss on what to do now. Any suggestions?
I don't want to nuke my install, but I'll do it if I have to.

    Thanks in advance.
