Hi there, I am having trouble playing files that were literally playing no problem just two days ago - then I logged in and read the notice that the app had just updated and now nearly none of my files are playing properly on the tv. I am running the server from my PC which is fairly powerful. I am able to play graphically intense games on it. I have a Fire TV and the Jellyfin app plays everything just fine on that... just the Roku TV. I've tried enabling and disabling all the encoding options etc. nothing seems to work! I have no idea how to read the logs and find errors - after combing through them for an hour or so I am coming to you fine folks to see if someone would help me discover what settings to adjust in order to get the darn thing to work again. Thanks for any help you can offer!
